The cover anti-dust mite Texaal® Cotton for bolsters is a medical device that completely encases your bolster. It is made from 100% cotton fabric using a patented weaving technique. This extremely tight weave of cotton microfilaments filters even the finest dust mite allergen particles ^. Thanks to its zipper closure protected by a wide flap, the cover effectively prevents the spread of allergens and traps even the smallest particles.

A clinical study*, presented at the XXII World Allergy Congress, demonstrated an average reduction of 62% in allergy symptoms among users of anti-dust mite ProtecSom (Texaal^® or Noxaalon^®).

With a fabric two to four times more breathable than polyester alternatives or coated covers, the Texaal^® Cotton bolster promotes air and vapor circulation, without promoting perspiration.
