The Noxaalon® anti-mite bolster cover anti-mites medical^is device that completely encases your bolster. Made of 70% polyester and 30% polyamide, this cover uses an advanced manufacturing technique that creates a mechanical barrier against even the finest dust mite particles. Its zipper closure, with a wide flap, effectively prevents allergens from escaping.

A study* presented at the World Allergy Congress showed an average reduction of 62% in symptoms experienced by users of anti-mites ProtecSom (Texaal^® or Noxaalon^®).
