Return period

You have 30 calendar days after receiving your order to request a return.

Products eligible for return

For hygiene reasons and as part of our ISO 13485:2016, only new, unused products still in their original sealed packaging can be returned.

Products that have been opened, used, or whose packaging has been unsealed cannot be returned under any circumstances, and are therefore not eligible for return.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure you receive your package.

Return procedure

To make a return:

1. Contact our customer service department to find out what to do next.
2. Carefully pack the product in its original packaging.
3. Send it to the address that will be provided to you.
4. After receiving and verifying the condition of the product, we will proceed with the refund.

Products with manufacturing defects are covered by our warranty.
